Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

How is my payment handled?

You can pay using your regular debit/credit card, all payments are taken through Stripe in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a Stripe account to purchase. I do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

I’m not in the UK, how can I buy a painting?

I’d be happy to help. Send me an email or use the contact form to tell me which painting you’re interested in. You’ll need to give me your address so I can get a shipping quote and we can take it from here. Remember though that you’re then 100% responsible for any import tax when the painting arrives, and that I cannot offer a refund for paintings shipped outside the UK.

On receipt of payment I will send out your painting asap. This is usually within 2 or 3 days. I will email you when it is on the way with details of carrier, any tracking number, etc.

I ship to the UK and use either Royal Mail tracked or Parcelforce tracked. Orders are normally delivered 2-3 working days after dispatch. Please allow up to 7 working days.

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?

Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total.

Is shipping included?

Yes, I offer free shipping to UK addresses.

What about Overseas Shipping?

At this time the online shop is geared to UK addresses

But – if there is something you have seen and love and are OK with the possible fees charged at customs do please email me. We just don’t want surprises!

Can you ship internationally?

Email me with your details and the painting you would like and I can give you shipping options.

Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any painting(s) sent outside of the UK.

Policy re: EU

Currently (May 2024) it’s not clear what extra charges will be made for EU customers therefore, I have removed EU countries from the checkout options.

But – if there is something you have seen and love and are OK with the possible fees charged at customs do please email me. We just don’t want surprises!

What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?

I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a return agreement.

If a painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days, minus the my shipping cost and Stripe charge.

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or a return on any painting / greeting cards sent outside of the UK.

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the damaged packaging and damage to the painting.

Please take a clear photograph of the damaged packaging AND damage to the artwork itself and email me within 7 days.
